an obituary:

truth enters the great beyond...
its mind starved from lack of factual news,
diabetic, dependent and obese,
due to television's reality--
sugary sweet distraction/saturation.
it eventually suffocated under the heavy woolen blankets of corruption.

...obsequies unplanned due to lack of interest.

it matters not--
no amount of weighted, crushing earth
could hold the truth from the inevitable resurrection.

casting an ominous frigid shadow
on those who chose to attempt asphyxiation, assassination...
their fate ill, though deserved, emancipates.
